Role:
- To coordinate with Supply chain/planning to optimize inventory level to minimize the investment in Inventories
- Safeguarding of inventory which is related directly to core business activity
- Devising ways to optimize inventory control procedures
- Proper management of stock in warehouses/Stores
- To comply with the standard operating procedure in their day to day activity
- Identification of Pilferages and wastages in Inventory
- Manage human costs, personnel productivity, inventory levels, data accuracy and stocking strategies
- Getting the monthly, quarterly, annually internal and third party audit cleared from all observations
- Ensuring maximum and efficient use of Oracle (ERP) solutions and warehouse management systems (WMS) proper management of stock in warehouse / stores
- Suggest ways and means to organize and maintains warehouse and inventory yard areas for efficient material storage and handling , maintaining labelling on each stock item.
