What you need for this role:
- 10- 12+ years of work experience in B2C/B2B marketing as Senior SEO Manager. -
- Should have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, link building, and analytics.
- Should have experience leading a team of SEO professionals and be able to set goals and targets, provide guidance, and ensure that the team's efforts are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
- Should be able to analyze website analytics, track progress, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the company's SEO efforts.
- Should be able to clearly communicate your strategies and goals to stakeholders, as well as work effectively with other teams such as marketing, product, and development.
- Proven experience in lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of website design and development principles, including website accessibility and information architecture. -
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Experience in managing and optimizing for Local SEO.
- Understanding of how to track and measure the ROI of SEO initiatives
- Strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies in SEO.
