Job Description

  • We are looking for a e-commerce expert who has a wealth of knowledge on amazon seller central vender express and ebay shops. Retail Arbritrage and more. 
  • The successfull candidate must have worked in this field for more then 2 years and understand amazon tos and  have an understanding on ranking and amazon reviews.
  • Launches and manage our portfolio of ecommerce marketplace sites like Amazon, eBay, and others.
  • Develops strategies to ensure revenue targets are met in marketplace.
  • Provides strategic insights by reviewing competitor websites and conducting analysis to ensure industry alignment with categorization, promotions and trends.
  • Provides merchandising support for operations and fulfillment efforts.
  • Manages assigned sales and margin metrics by marketplace.
  • Communicates business objectives, initiatives, and results with other departments (category management, supply management, etc.)
  • Acts as eCommerce’s primary point of contact for  key supplier community, topics including: co-op, promotions, upcoming launches, determining online catalog, and general interface.
  • Acts as eCommerce’s primary point of contact for  internal category managers and supplier relations teams on all supplier related topics.
  • Helps analyze online public pricing vs. our competitors, in coordination with existing pricing process.
  • Assists with determining online product mix and catalog.
  • Acts as primary merchandising subject matter expert for search and browse taxonomy.
  • Prepares weekly reporting for eCommerce management including preparation for strategy meetings.
  • Manage the health of our Amazon Seller Account, eBay, and other platforms, including seller feedback, reviews, and customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain product reviews on Amazon, eBay, and other platforms.
  • Monitor and maintain seller feedbacks on Amazon, eBay, and other platforms.
  • Monitor the health of our product reviews and actively remove and/or respond to negative feedback and comments.
  • Proactively resolve issues that could lead to negative reviews and feedbacks.
  • Improve feedback conversion rates.
  • Reduce negative feedbacks and reviews.
  • Proactively solicit positive feedbacks and reviews.
  • Monitor the Q&A sections on our product pages and respond accordingly.
  • Reporting of feedback and review trends to upper management.
  • Be an expert on everything Amazon.
  • Continuously improve our competitive position on Amazon.
  • Answer daily messages from eBay, questions and comments on Amazon, and other platforms.
  • Maintain ongoing learning and growth with evolving Amazon strategies, tactics, etc. by being a serious student of the community, tools, organizations, and competitor practices and techniques.
