  • To attend the telephone calls.
  • To greet to guests and arrange the meetings with concernds.
  • To receive incoming mails and dispatch accordingly.
  • Coordination with HR Department regarding interviews.

  • Communicates directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with other units, departments and staff.
