We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative and Business Development Officer to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
He/she will provide complete solution and educate every customer regarding our product line in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Job Description/ Responsibilities:
- Hunt and generate leads through social media, visiting labs and through your own social networking.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to customers
- Negotiate with client.
- Pursue hot leads, educate the audience about our services, tailor the approach to specific client needs and close the sale
- Develop and execute dynamic strategies to increase sales
- Maintain accurate record.
- Develop contact with potential customers in the industry by cold calling or emailing or visiting.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Word & Excel
- Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills4
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
