Job Description

The candidate will be required to:-

  1. Communicate and coordinate with clients according to their business requirements.
  2. Generate new business opportunities and bring in new customers through online freelancing platforms like Freelancer, Upwork, and Guru etc.
  3. Analysis to work on all new business development opportunities acquired by different channels
  4. Providing quotations, pre and post-sales support to the customers.
  5. Develop and review action plans to manage customer expectations with development, deployment and support teams.
  6. Building and leading a team of Business Development Officers

Candidate must have strong knowledge and bidding experience in Upwork / Freelancer/ Guru / 99 Design / Fiverr and other business portals to generate leads and develop business.    

Responsibilities and Duties

Communicate with clients via email, telephone, Skype, WhatsApp and other media if required. Make proper documentation for every detail.
