Lady Guard & Body Searcher

We are looking for a dedicated security professional to join our team in a full-time, in-person role focused on conducting thorough and respectful security screenings and body searches of female staff members. The position requires the use of handheld scanners and physical checks to maintain a safe and secure environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a strong commitment to upholding company security standards while ensuring the comfort and dignity of all staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional and respectful security screenings of female staff and their belongings.
- Perform body searches using handheld scanners or physical checks as necessary.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism throughout all security procedures.
- Ensure strict compliance with company security policies and protocols.
- Promptly report any suspicious activities or security breaches to the appropriate authorities.

Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in security screening or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to conduct physical searches with sensitivity and respect.
- Strong attention to detail and keen observational skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact courteously and effectively with staff members.
- Availability to work full-time in an on-site capacity.
