A. Production:
- Undertake implementation of systems, policies and procedures during production process.
- Forecast and run production at optimum plant capacity and as per the weekly and monthly production schedules.
- Ensure production targets are met while prioritizing customer requirements as well as taking into account raw material availability, finished goods stock and capacity constraints of the machinery at the factory.
- Oversee production ensuring production volumes, quality standards and cost objectives are being achieved with minimal wastage.
- Ensure optimum production during shifts by adjusting schedules on need basis, effectively managing the manpower and resources available
- Manage labour related issues in an effective manner and handle the concerned contractor to meet the manpower requirements for production.
- Liaise with the Maintenance team for smooth operations during production, failure analysis and modifications etc..
- Prepare reports for review of Management regarding Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Man Minutes Per Unit (MMPU) and Overtime.
Root Cause Analysis:
- Take necessary corrective actions to resolve issues emanating from customer complaints and in-house production through the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process.
