Discussing the suspected problems with marketing and team before starting the production.
To lead the development of a local quality strategy which includes standardization of quality-focused SOPs across the various production facilities.
To work with the Product Manager, GM Operations and GM Marketing to log, investigate and rectify consumer complaints and recurring quality defects
To maintain a close relationship with the Product Manager, regarding all relevant aspects of Quality Management and Product Maintenance Plan, coordinate and promote all quality activities, such as QC staff- and machine operator training and awareness campaigns with a focus on meeting consumer requirements.
Strong influencing, communication and interpersonal skills, able to work without direct supervision.
Must speak Urdu and English
Thorough understanding of MS Office products like Word and Excel Broad
understanding of Consumer-centric
quality management principles
Supply chain Broad understanding of PI&T (product integrity & traceability)
Working knowledge of SPC (statistical process control), ISO 9000,
Six Sigma or equivalent and CI (continuous improvement) tools.
