Duties & Responsibilities
Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation.Provide technical assistance to office staffs as needed, engage in regular network troubleshooting activities and resolve network connectivity issues.Assist in software and hardware upgrades. Add or update workstations for office staffs.Perform regular back up of server, manage and maintain IT and Admin helpdesk.Work closely with departmental managers to determine future network needs and plan for network changes.Perform routine PC maintenance and updates for performance efficiency.Installation of software in official laptops & desktop computers Maintain Internet service, Networking, and IP/Exchange telephone systems.Maintain office inventory and standard filing system for easy and quick document assess and retrieval.Maintain online inventory software, update online inventory record and tagging the office inventory items.Conducts procurement of IT Equipment and market survey for calling prices & collecting quotations. Analyze the current network structure and submit bi-annually comprehensive reports to HOD/CEO on how to make the network more efficient.Perform any other task assigned by HOD/CEO.Relationships Supervised by the Senior Manager Administration. Works closely and maintains communication with all the other departments HoursFull time position: (8.5) hours with 5/6 working days a week. Due to fluctuations may be required to work extra hours. Performance Appraisal Regular performance appraisal review will take place after 6 months.
