We are looking to hire a female with strong analytical and communication skills.
As part of the Product Team, the executive will work in coordination with the company's Sales, Customer Services and Accounts teams.
Further, they would be tasked with bringing in innovative ideas to improve products' performance and providing insights to the top management by generating Sales Team performance reports (geared towards improving its operations).
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
- Answer questions about products or the company.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
