Requirements would be ideal but not essential
• Proven retail management experience in a large-scale, luxury retail environment (ideally Fashion or Beauty)
• Experience in creating experiential retail spaces
• Experience of monitoring consumer trends and implementing change accordingly
• Have experience or willing to learn project managing new retail site openings and Ecommerce
• Developing and delivering training to all site employees, instilling a mindset befitting of the environment and products
• Strong communication skills and be a natural relationship builder with the commercial acumen to drive and increase proficiency
• Be able to work with multiple stakeholders and brand managers across the business
• Have excellent attention to detail and the mindset to lead from the front in driving a best in class service
• Design, print and production experience.
