Supervise store in-ward and out-word record in ERP.
Ensure that purchase orders’ status is updated.
Supervise maintenance of receipts, records, and withdrawals.
Receive, unload and manage supplies
Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.
Supervise adequate record keeping.
Manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control..
Manage the receipts, unloading, and shelving of supplies.
Manage returning and labeling of supplies.
Manage stock reporting including posting of all GRN and issuance.
Reconcile and report difference of system inventory and physical inventory on regular basis.
Minimum stock maintenance relating to consumable items.
