  • Responsible to analyze customer samples of all sorts of leather gloves, mechanics wear gloves, gardening gloves and other sports gloves.
  • Responsible for creating master pattern for each size within a range of glove sizes, using charts, drafting instruments, card board, computer & other grading devices.
  • Calculate dimensions of patterns according to sizes considering stretching of material.
  • Drawing details on outlines parts to indicate where parts are to be joined.
  • Locate point of cuts and other details.
  • Stitch master samples based on develop pattern and do all post stitch operations and prepare finished samples for customer approval.
  • Do the alteration or modification in design based on customer feedbacks.
  • Prepare consumption details of raw material to do costing of material use in glove production.
  • Should independently lead the sampling unit and arrange all raw materials for customer sampling of gloves.
  • Train production team for analyzing & inspection of raw material, creating pattern, stitching glove and post stitch glove operation.
