UK's leading translation and interpretation company EMPIRE GROUP is looking to hire a technical recruiter. Inccumbent will be responsible for attracting and hiring of technical positions in the company.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop recruiting strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs
- Conduct intial telephonic interviews as required
- Meeting with hiring managers to determine job duties and roles
- Source candidates from all possible platforms
- Scheduling on-site interviews
- Ensure smooth and professional on-boarding of employees
- Conduct recruitment drives as required
QUALIFICAITION/SKILLS
- BBA/MBA from reputed university
- 2-3 years of core technical recruitment experience
- Previous working experience of a software house
- Excellent English communication skills
- Technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualification
