- Maintains a friendly, neat and pleasant image to customers.
- Provides courteous service to customers and respond promptly and tactfully to customers’ complaints, requests and enquiries.
- Inspect articles for stains and fabrics that require special care.
- Check the wear and tear of laundry, in case of damaged clothes, inform the customer.
- Thoroughly check the article and keep a track of lost and found valuables of the customer and report such issues directly to the head of department.
- Accurately tracking incoming orders, along with special instructions, makes it possible for the employees doing the cleaning to do their jobs properly and for the customer to receive complete outgoing orders without problems.
- Keeping all received soiled laundry in a proper laundry bad with a specified system generated tag.
- Tags must be attached to incoming garments with a correlating ticket given to the customer.
- Understanding of in-depth knowledge of stained laundry and to advice the customer on the likelihood of successful cleaning.
- Incase of any damage or lost valuable of the customers, courteously handle the customer and inform the HOD/Operations Manager to explain the customer to tactfully hand in a win win situation.
- Keep a record of all incoming mails, calls, orders and enquiries, etc.
- Maintains record of all walk-in customers.
- Coordinate with operation department to know the schedule of laundry to guide the customers for the delivery.
- Keeping an accurate record of cash and credit card payment is the first step toward keeping accurate accounting books.
- Able to understand the web based, ERP and mobile app system.
- Knowledge of system and manual generated receipt for the customers.
- Candidate with a can do attitude and having passion to learn.
