Solution Architect with Expertise on Ericsson Charging System Business Configurations
- Analyze customer Business Requirements on commercial Products including Prepaid, Postpaid, B2C and B2B Portfolio
- Be able to analyze baseline documents and understand deviation on solution as per local customer’s unique requirements
- Experience with SMA, RMA, SDP and AIR nodes preferably on Charging System 17/18 versions and new features TBA, Product Offers etc.
- Contribute to Products and Offerings solutions Creation and Delivery
- Experience of writing Charging System LLD document including Tariffs and Business Configuration
- Experience with Charging System External Interfaces, UCIP, ACIP, TNP etc. And CDR formats
- Understanding of Provisioning and Mediation solutions
- Be able to lead a team of Solution Integrators
- Support deployment of solution
- Be able to contribute for Fixes on the reported issues during SIT/UAT
