Job Descriptions:
- Shall be responsible for Employee Health Insurance policy, reviews, renewals, claims, requirements, clearing objections. Ensuring the OPD/IPD claims are dispatched to the insurance company on weekly basis. Tracking and updating status of OPD/IPD claims with the concerned insurance personnel.
- Shall be responsible for preparing Employment Agreement of hired resources.
- Preparing experience certificates on requests and issuance of other associated documents.
- Ensure the completion of employment files (electronic and hard copy) include relevant documents such as employment agreements, Offer Letters, job descriptions, CVs, bio data’s. Update employment files on a regular basis and develop a check list and tracking tool for these purposes. Also ensuring the letters (Employment Contracts / Offer Letters) both signed by the employee’s.
- Referring issues to Senior HR staff
- Maintain record of all employees personal record in MIS
- Excellent command over MS Office, especially MS Excel
Other Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with both internal and external customers;
- Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to both internal and external customers;
