- Part of the team assisting to prepare the contracts of employment.
- Part of the team to engage in maintaining & assembling employee records in employee master data (New hiring’s, allotting employee ID’s, updating resource movements on different projects.
- Part of the team for OPD/ IPD Health Insurance Claims. The employee will be engaged with Health insurance relationship officer in terms of claims sending/receiving, enrollment of new employee with dependent(s) and deletions if any.
- Part of the team to prepare Offer Letters of new hiring and keeping track of signed offer letters and EHF (Employment History Forms & Verification of Academic credential)
