MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To manage Key Customer Accounts in terms of Coordination, Smooth Operations, Business Development and P&L.
  • To participate in pre-sales & business development activities as directed by Regional Director Talkpool ME.
  • To increase the revenue numbers in assigned region account (by sales, delivery, WIP reconciliation)
  • To own profit and loss of given accounts and relative projects
  • To hold meetings with clients and generate leads.
  • To participate in overall project operations & HR, Administration as directed by Regional Director Talkpool ME.
  • Responsible for successful delivery of all projects in the region account as per relevant SOW.
  • To manage Teams/operations for 2G, 3G & LTE Network projects in domains of Wireless and Fixed Network, covering RF Planning & Optimization, Optical, Fixed Access Network, Core, MW Transmission in the region.
  • Support and guide project teams in technical, managerial and project delivery activities.
  • Coordinate with the clients to discuss and resolve project related issues in pre-sales & business development and post-sale activities.
  • To coordinate with HR and Administration for successful delivery of projects.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Regional Director Talkpool ME. 

Skills:

  • Strong understanding and result oriented in technical sales, P&L handling & Customers management.
  • Strong background of project delivery with high success rate.
  • Written and spoken English (required)
