We are hiring an experienced Account Executive Officer with a good understanding of GAAP and financial principles with minimum 1 year to 3 year of work experience. The candidate has to manage all the bookkeeping and business financial activities of the organization.

To be a strong candidate for an Account executive officer, you should possess an understanding of accounting and financial principles and a positive attitude. You should be collaborative, trustworthy, receptive to feedback, and eager to grow and learn.

The probation period will be of 6 months and depending upon the output of the candidate, the contract will be extended in the same department.


  • Provide assistance to the manager accounts in preparing the month-end report.
  • Maintains compliance with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
  • Collecting, calculating and entering data of company’s payroll on monthly basis.
  • Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources.
  • Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
  • Oversees all tax-related processes and supports manager to ensure proper tax withholding.
  • Keep track of the company’s financial expenditures, maintain a database, and provide reports as and when requested by supervisors
  • Oversee all payment transactions.
  • Preparation and filing of monthly sales tax returns (Federal and Provincial) including sales tax reconciliations with accounting records;
  • Coordination with tax consultant for responding FBR notices and implementation of any amendments in taxation.
  • Assist in preparation of company’s annual financial statements.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and conclude the company’s annual audit.


  • Must be ACCA qualified /Finalist, CA/CMA (part qualified) or MS (Finance) from a renowned university.
  • Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software, experience in SAP shall be a plus
  • High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility along with good communication and verbal skills.
  • Motivation and a strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
