Business Development Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Business Development Manager Job Responsibilities:

1.       Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

2.       Business Development Manager Duties and Responsibilities

3.       Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.

4.       Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

5.       Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financial s; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.

6.       Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.

7.       Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.

8.       Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.

9.       Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

10.   Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

11.   Developing growth strategies and plans

12.   Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients

13.   Increasing client base

14.   Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition

15.   Writing business proposals

16.   Negotiating with stakeholders

17.   Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs

18.   Researching business opportunities and viable income streams

19.   Following industry trends locally and internationally

20.   Drafting and reviewing contracts

21.   Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
