HexaClicks is looking for a motivated Lead Generation Associate to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads using various online platforms.
- Collect, verify, and maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of prospects.
- Utilize LinkedIn, email outreach, and other digital channels to generate leads.
- Assist with cold emailing, messaging, and other outreach strategies to engage prospects.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth and effective lead handover.
- Track all lead interactions and maintain detailed records using CRM tools.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to continuously improve lead generation tactics.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation progress and offer insights to optimize strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in lead generation.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, and Upwork is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with a strong target-driven mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This full-time role is based onsite at Gulberg 5, Lahore, with working hours from 2 PM to 11 PM. The monthly salary range is Rs40,000 to Rs50,000.
