Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative activities to support team functions and project deadlines.
- Manage scheduling, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as required by management.
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate clear and timely communication.
- Assist in the development and implementation of office policies and procedures to improve workflow.
- Monitor inventory and order office supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other business materials.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data security protocols.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
