Lead I - Enterprise Solutions - SAP Commission

UST is looking for an experienced SAP Commissions Senior Consultant with 3 to 7 years of practical experience to join their teams across multiple locations in India, including Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Noida, Pune, and Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Commissions (Callidus) and be proficient in SQL Server and MS Excel. This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities are essential to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SAP Commissions (Callidus) solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Use SQL Server and MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting purposes.
- Analyze complex business scenarios and recommend solutions to optimize commission processes.
- Manage multiple priorities and coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide progress updates, and resolve issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve both technical and functional challenges related to SAP Commissions.

Required Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP Commissions (Callidus).
- Proficiency in SQL Server and MS Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
