We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to lead and manage comprehensive human resources functions across our international offices. This role requires overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and ensuring compliance with both corporate policies and local labor laws. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with finance teams and overseas directors to support manpower planning, budgeting, and organizational development. Additionally, this position involves managing expatriate programs and driving HR digitalization efforts to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations across multiple international locations, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and compliance with local labor laws.
- Standardize and align HR policies across all overseas offices to ensure consistency with corporate strategies and regulatory requirements.
- Work in partnership with Finance and Overseas Directors to facilitate effective manpower planning, budgeting, and optimizing organizational structures.
- Oversee expatriate and mobility programs, including visa processing, onboarding, and administration of benefits.
- Lead initiatives for HR digitalization, integrating data across HRIS and ERP systems to improve HR processes.
- Drive talent acquisition and succession planning efforts for critical roles within international operations.
- Provide strategic HR insights and analytics to support business decision-making and leadership development.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when managing sensitive employee information and issues.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably with exposure to international HR operations.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements across various jurisdictions.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance and senior leadership.
- Experience managing expatriate programs and handling mobility logistics.
- Familiarity with HR digitalization tools such as HRIS and ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary in the range of Rs 200,000 to Rs 300,000.
- The role requires in-person attendance, providing direct engagement with international teams and leadership.
