Night Shift Inbound Customer Service Executive
Not sales (9pm to 6am)
You will provide Customer/Technical support over phone, text, email and web chat to our customers.
You will work closely with our US office from our Karachi office.
Your duties include to trouble shot customer problems or create tickets for the developers to push updates for bug you can't fix.
You will make commissions beside the base salary by converting inquiring prospects and by upgrading existing customers.
Currently our staf in this positio are making between 45K to 70K a month.
