Job Description

The purpose of the position is to provide excellent customer service to students, parents, faculty and staff in a fast-paced Enrollment Services Call Center.

Responsibilities include assisting students over the phone with questions pertaining to the services of the offices of Admissions, Bursar, Financial Aid and Registrar; for example, registration, financial aid application, payment arrangements and financial aid eligibility.

The successful candidate will be an outgoing customer service driven individual who is energized and motivated to give detailed and accurate responses to students while contributing to a friendly office environment.
