Looking for a videographer who can directs, shoots and edits a wide range of video content for broadcast, streaming, mobile, social and other digital mediums.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partners with internal and external marketing colleagues to plan and coordinate video shoots.
  • Record events within premises and outside premises whenever needed.
  • Capture branding style photography and video to communicate emotion, story, features
  • Record video footage that should count as a wide range of content, including conceptual advertising, informational and educational video, and documentary-style stories.
  • Produce a number of video shorts, including sales staff /customers / guest interviews, documentary-style filming, stills and animation (for marketing assets).
  • Make technical and creative decisions on-set regarding such elements as appropriate lighting, shooting angle, placement and type of microphones.
  • Managing, organizing, and maintaining our video archives and equipment’s.
  • Should be able of proficiently record shorts using mobile camera, professional DSLR, drone and other equipment.
  • Work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.

Hiring Criteria: Skills & Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree in graphic design or equivalent work experience or Bachelor’s degree in mass communication or Videography.
  • 2-3+ years of videography experience in a professional setting – real estate specialty is preferred.
  • Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.
  • Strong data visualization design skills.
  • Deep understanding of typography and layout hierarchy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative thinker who will contribute ideas.
  • Ability to clearly communicate the reasoning behind design choices.
  • High level of integrity, attention to deadlines and schedules
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
