·         To draw, implement and maintain media relation guideline, policy and procedure within  the organization and the guidelines, policy & procedures to different departments and offices.

  • Develop good quality content for stories and case studies
  • Quality, tagged Photographs of activities.
  • Capturing of ongoing activities at field, district and national level.
  •  Development of Banners and standees for events/community meetings and training.
  • Monthly updates on communications & visibility related and other sector project activities.
  • Close coordination with donor communication department.
  • Provide project based inputs for social media platforms.
  • Regular coordination and monthly meeting with donor communications focal person.
  • Development of reports, publications and all informational and promotional products.
  • Development of IEC material according to donor and organization standards.
  • Maintain project activities photo gallery (Before, during and after).

·         To promote the image of the organization to media groups via “awareness” campaigns.

·         To coordinate ceremonies, press conference and plan, host special media and public events or specials projects.

·         To oversee the organization use of advertising and public relations.

·         To oversee the promotion and distribution of public awareness campaign materials and information.  

·         To develop media plan and media relation plans in order to promote image of the organization.

·         To handle all task of communication including internal and external to build bridge with organizations, partners, donors and all stake holders.

·         To plan and direct advertising, public relations and promotional campaigns and strategies.

·         To recommend public relation course of action in crisis and in normal routine public relations situation.

·         To visit and communicate with fundraising and field offices to improve and update production.

·         Record keeping of all the events organized, press releases etc.
