JOB DESCRIPTION;

To provide assistance in implementation of Telecom / ICT based projects to Project Implementation Team.
To lead audit engineers/executives to accomplish annual targets and assigned KPIs for deployment of RAN, RF, Broadband and Optical Fibre networks.
To ensure that the project sites and nodes are deployed timely with quality standards in line with company rules.
Extensive travelling may require as per work requirement in any project area across the country especially in Balochistan and FATA.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications/Electrical/Electronics /Computer Engineering recognized by PEC. Additional relevant higher qualification(s) will be preferred.
Hands on experience of Cellular Access Network implementation, Audit, drive testing, BoQ verification, vendor management for 2G/3G/4G Networks, Network Backhaul testing and audit, per given specifications.
Possess excellent communication, technical report writing and presentation skills.
Min 3 years post qualification experience in similar capacity with overall 5 years of experience of implementation of RAN, Transport, RF or Fiber Optics.
