DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES;

Responsible for implementation of Telecom and ICT Projects from initiation to closure.
Develop full scale project implementation plan with work break down structures defining project tasks, timelines and resource requirements.
Develop and monitor project implementation forecasts and budgets. Track and report team timesheets, accurate planning and scheduling of project timelines.
Effectively applies USF methodology and enforces globally recognized project standards.
Effective and timely communication with multiple Telecom Operators, service providers and USF Management
Lead, coach, and motivate team members on a proactive basis.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications/Electrical/Electronics Engineering recognized by PEC. Additional relevant higher qualification(s) will be preferred; with minimum managerial relevant experience of 7 years.
Hands on experience of Cellular Access Network implementation, Audit, drive testing, BoQ verification, vendor management for 2G/3G/4G Networks, Network Backhaul testing and audit, per given specifications.
Well versed in both theoretical best practices and practical aspects of Project Management within the Telecommunications domain.
Proven experience in project team management, risk management, and change management.
Possess excellent communication, technical report writing and presentation skills.
