Job Description:
Handle incoming queries from travel agents and partners via email, chat, and phone.
Assist agents with bookings, cancellations, and general support.
Provide clear and professional communication to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up where necessary.
Collaborate with the operations team to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (English proficiency preferred).
Good problem-solving and multitasking ability.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Tech-savvy with basic computer knowledge.
Freshers or students looking for professional exposure are welcome.
