Learning Alliance./ Lahore Preschool is looking for a Branch Accountant for its Faisalabad campus. The purpose of the job is to look after all accounts matter with in the branch as well as deal with parents to solve queries regarding fee and other accounts issues and maintaining operational data of accounts pertaining to revenue, expenditure, tax, payroll & DBMS as per the company policy.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparing salaries of Faisalabad campus in accordance with Income Tax Regime.
- Issue fee bills to the students.
- To calculate and provide the student tax on fee collected every month and send it to Head Office accounts department to deposit in Govt. treasury.
- To receive cash from HO for branch budget, maintenance requisitions& any specific requirement.
- To close the cash on daily basis and update on the shared drive on daily basis.
- To check and verify bills.
- Maintaining utility bills record and constant follow up for the payment of branch utility bills.
