Job Description
Employee Database - Maintaining an employee & contractor database with details such as address, phone number, joining date, etc
Recruitment - To hire employees and contractors, whenever a vacancy arises, based on the set requirements of the job.
Disciplinary Action - Ensuring that company policies are respected and followed across the organization by all employees and contractors. In case of violation, follow the procedure for disciplinary action as defined in the company’s rule book.
Attendance - Ensure all employees are registered on the company’s attendance system and generate daily attendance reports. Manage absences and leaves subsequently.
Payroll - Generate payroll slips at the end of every month by taking into account gross salary, days worked, absences, leaves, short hours, overtimes, allowances and loans.
Housekeeping - Timely fulfillment of administrative tasks and other housekeeping duties using the help of the housekeeping staff such as janitors, gardener, electrician, security staff etc.
IT - Ensuring all technological needs of the organization are met. Managing the internet, surveillance and company’s computer networks.
