We are looking for the services of a "Fabric Store Incharge"
- Responsible for store maintenance.
- Fabric & accessories stocktaking.
- Inward gate pass / GRN.
- Outward gate pass.
- Place Purchase Order and record.
- Maintain Purchase Rate List.
- Prepare Store Issue Note and handed over item's to requesting department.
- Fabric catalogue for customer.
- Liaison with Marketing staff.
- Liaison with suppliers.
- Reconciliation of inventory.
- Maintaining stock of Garments.
- Receiving of materials as per requisitions.
- Entry of Goods / material / assets in Stock Register.
- Maintaining Stock / Balances of materials.
- Record to be maintained as per locations / rooms.
- Receiving of Faulty / Dead Assets through IGP.
- Issuance of Assets for Repairing and maintaining record of returnable item(s).
- Preparing Monthly Reports of Inventory purchased / Movements.
- Any other task to be assigned by HOD.
