Led com, a Web design and Digital Marketing company is looking to hire an experienced IT Sales Professional / Business Developer for its Lahore office. The professional will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads over the phone and other mediums and maintaining good customer relationships. He/She will be required to generate quality business through his strategies. Good plus competent knowledge of Branding, Digital Marketing, IT services and Market Research + Strategic Planning are a must.
Responsibilities/ Tasks
Handeling Lahore Islamabad and Faisalabad terrioty . Responsible for acquiring business through different channels (Guru, Elance, PPH, UpWork, Freelancer, etc.) for web design and development, graphic design projects etc.
· Performing pre-sales and post-sales activities related to web design/development projects, requirements gathering, and/or project coordination
· Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
· Maintain customer correspondence and records effectively.
· Answer questions about products or services of the company.
· Analyze all the features and functionality of the projects, calculate the time frame and costing of the projects.
· Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
Specifications
- Experienced with web based applications, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office suite, any of the popular CRM tools.
- Must have Software industry background and familiar with the Web Design & Digital Marketing sales.
- Must have ability to analyze brand position and propose brand marketing strategies.
- Proven experience as Business Developer.
- Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information.
- You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
