JOB DESCRIPTION :
1: Verifying Documents
2: To maintain contact with clients to inform them on the status.
3: Would be responsible for collation and documentation of all reports and
materials being produced.
4: Manages the documentation department in accordance with organizational policies, objectives, and budgets.
5: Develops standard documentation methods and tools to efficiently produce high quality documents.
6: Plans and directs documentation projects for timely delivery of documents, publications, and on line content.
7: Typically reports to top management.
8: Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
9: Check incoming paperwork (correspondence, invoices etc.) and make copies before distributing
10: Sort all papers alphabetically and according to content, dates, significance etc.
11: Create or update records with new files and information.
12: Store all paperwork in designated places securing the important documents
13: Enter paperwork into an electronic system either by data entry or by using optical scanners
14: Deal with all requests to access files and keep logs of borrowed papers
15: Develop an efficient filing system to make updating and retrieving files easier
16: Follow policies and confidentiality dictations to safeguard data and information
17: Monitor inventory of files, paper clips etc. and report shortages
