Qualifications:
· 4 years of Website, Android & iOS design experience.
· 3 years' experience in designing for Native mobile applications
· Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere and Fireworks.
· Excellent knowledge of the capabilities & limitations of Web browsers and website UX.
· Excellent knowledge of the capabilities & limitations of mobile devices and mobile UX.
· Perfect knowledge in mobile and web patterns and design trends
· Experience with cross browser compatibility issues and degradation strategies.
· Strong portfolio of web design projects, with focus on UI/UX, mobile, print typography, iconography and logo design.
· Experience with flat UI design
· A solid understanding hybrid app using both native methods as well as HTML5, media queries, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON and CSS3.
· Experience designing for a mobile/tablet/desktop environment, responsive web design and grid layout required.
· Full command of one or more wireframing tools.
· Strong familiarity with Visio/OmniGraffle, Flash/Flex, Blend/WPF/Jira.
· Diploma's degree in graphic design, multimedia Design, software engineering/computer science/computer application/ or equivalent.
Preferences:
· An impressive online portfolio of websites and mobile apps
· Experience with Agile/Scrum practices.
· Ability to comprehend feedback and make revisions quickly and work in a collaborative team environment.
· Strong attention to detail in all aspects of design and pixel perfect.
· Passion for design, creates clear and compelling user experience.
· Experience with Windows Mobile and Blackberry is a bonus.
· Good knowledge of designing for Facebook, Twitter and other social platforms.
