- General administration- including data entry, updating systems with reports and photos
- Liaising with staff and clients on a day to day basis
-Liaising with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Answering customers calls, e-mails and general enquiries
- Follow up any missed calls/messages from guards/clients and report/record findings
- Record all guards absence/lateness on the booking program (LogoSoft roster manager and handover) also report it to the appropriate area manager/s
- Act as a point of contact between the security guards and clients along with the area managers - taking telephone queries from internal and external customers
- Work closely and liaising with area managers
- Assist the team in the day to day management and administrative
-General office administration, including data entry
-Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
-Provide a first-class customer service experience to all customers and clients
-Provide a first-class customer focused control/booing room service
-Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
-Working in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task
