Office Assistant

Your role will be the first face and voice of the firm to clients, visitors, and other professionals. You'll meet & greet answer & re-direct calls and manage all incoming/outgoing post. You will also manage visitor car parking arrangements, control meeting room allocation, coordinate catering for meetings, training, etc, arrange travel bookings, record and report personnel stats (absence, covid temp checks, etc) and occasionally help the team with raising PO numbers and inputting data to their systems.

We are looking for someone with at least 1 to 3 years of corporate reception experience, confident and friendly, bright and bubbly who takes pride in their professionalism.

Some experience of co-ordinating and booking meeting rooms will definitely fast track your application.

You'll also need to be a quick thinker who is self-motivated and who goes the extra mile when required.
