Company Intro: Level3 Back Office Services is an American Headquartered Company, providing Back Office (PBO) services to the well-Known Telecom Clients for their 600+ retails stores all over the USA.
Objective: The position is primarily responsible for Provide Online Support & Assistance to our Customer and Internal Clients in the USA.
Responsibilities are included but not limited to;
- Communicate with Customer and store employees for resolution of issues via emails/calls and ensure the completion of Task
- Maintain Customer data in master record for future use
- Maintain and update Customer issues tracker
- Reporting and coordinating with senior and middle management.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in sciences or business administration.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Minimum 02 years of working experience in Back Office Support/ Remote Cutomer Services.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Experienced in International campaign US/UK will be preferred
