Company Intro: Level3 Back Office Services is an American Headquartered Company, providing Back Office (PBO) services to the well Known Telecom Clients for their 750+ retails stores all over the USA.
Objective: The position is primarily responsible for resolving the USA based employees' IT Issues and required specific knowledge to understanding Networking Issues Resolution and understanding of maintaining compliance requirements.Responsibilities are included but not limited to;Requirements :· Good communication skills in English.· End-user support to resolve their IT related issues.· Software/Hardware Installations for end-users (Windows OS and Applications)· Maintain Physical Media and cabling, tag all cables/nodes.· Maintain Asset Tags of all IT Equipment· Desktop Support, L2 Network, WLAN, having skills to troubleshoot the end user problem with technical guidance.· Remote Network and system support· Networking Establishment LAN & WAN issues handling etc.· Maintain departmental Objectives, IT Protocols, and SOPs.· Technical Helpdesk services.· Remote administration of Windows PC`s· Willing to work in EST PST & CST Time Zones.ppLevel 3 Back Office Services Pvt Ltd/p/p
