A US based Retail company requires the services for an Accounting Supervisor. Company: Level10 Auto Technologies About Company: We are in the business since 1997 and have a group of auto retail and service outlets which are managed using all automated processes. Our focus is to provide a quality, timely and competitive products to our customers. We are looking for self-motivated, self-starter individuals who can run different operations of the company using the best practices and best technologies available. We have several stores and they are all manage remotely from a central office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervises personnel engaged in analyzing, researching, and resolving Sales Audit, credit card, online accounts and bank reconciliations.
- Perform audits of bank reconciliations, trial balances, and revenue and expense reconciliations.
- Maintains liaison with Store managers in connection with issues and/or discrepancies encountered during reviews of data processed.
- Make budgeting and forecasting reports.
- Assist with the month-end close process by preparing journal entries, reviewing and completing assigned month-end functions while also performing reconciliations and maintain documentation related to balance sheet accounts.
- Reconcile sales with store manager for commissions.
- Review, analyze and monitor expenses.
- Perform general ledger entries for month-end close.
- Performs assigned duties independently, exercising initiative and judgment with minimal supervision.

- Pro-active individual who is detail-oriented, accurate, and well organized
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to make an informed decision
- Strong track record of process improvement identification and implementation
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in high volume environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Payment processing and account reconciliation experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required (pivot tables, vlookup, etc)
