CRM is a key role within an Organization, responsible for developing and delivering clear and compelling communications to key audiences, assisting in developing internal staff engagement and growing Company profile. This position will require Call Center type of engagement as well as below mentioned responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities Are:
- CRM management round the clock.
- Outbound Calls to Customers in the database
- Sales Person's daily Reporting
- Working closely with Sales team to maximize productivity.
- Manage and Prepare an Appointment for a team in USA.
- Constant daily preparation of Reports including Hot Trends.
What We Require:
- Experience with any Sales Force(Not Required)
- Experience with Call Centre
- Excellent Language Skills
- Excellent Spread sheet skills
- Excellent Communications skills
- Work from Home Option
-Available for up to 7 days schedule
