We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager with proven expertise in U.S. recruitment to lead and manage a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience recruiting for U.S.-based non-technical roles, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, and Retail, and will bring a strategic mindset to ensure efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to consistently meet and exceed hiring targets for U.S.-based positions.
  • Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies tailored specifically to the U.S. talent market.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with U.S. hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to optimize efficiency and performance.
  • Stay updated on U.S. hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Must have prior experience managing U.S.-based recruitment teams and hiring for U.S. positions, particularly in retail and other non-technical sectors.
  • Strong proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work night shifts (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) to align with U.S. time zones.
