Recruitment Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager with proven expertise in U.S. recruitment to lead and manage a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience recruiting for U.S.-based non-technical roles, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Operations, and Retail, and will bring a strategic mindset to ensure efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to consistently meet and exceed hiring targets for U.S.-based positions.
Design and implement innovative recruitment strategies tailored specifically to the U.S. talent market.
Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with U.S. hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to optimize efficiency and performance.
Stay updated on U.S. hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and industry best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
Must have prior experience managing U.S.-based recruitment teams and hiring for U.S. positions, particularly in retail and other non-technical sectors.
Strong proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Willingness to work night shifts (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) to align with U.S. time zones.
