- Identify discrepant shipments, file tickets and follow up
- Track and record shipments received by Amazon
- Collect documents to pursue reimbursements
- Use Amazon Seller Central, email and phone calls to launch tickets
- Interface with Procurement, Logistics, and Business Intelligence teams to ensure proper follow up is being taken for rapid issue resolution
Required Skills:
- 1-2 years experience in a Reimbursements/Collections related/customer facing role (Amazon Account Management experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High level of attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Microsoft Excel and Outlook proficiency.
- Good communication skills and excellent professional ethics.
Qualification:
- Graduation or above in business, finance or supply chain
