Job Summary:An Assistant manager will support managers to devise plans for team development to improve the business performance. They will work collaboratively to build and maintain a strong relationship with the team members.

Job Description:

  • To ensure effective implementation of reporting, analysis and policies of departmental needs.

  • Ensure to provide visibility to all stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress of the team.

  • Keeping the management up to date on the performance against key deliverables of the team.

  • Develop performance metrics and review Yearly/Quarterly/Monthly/Weekly KPIs of the team. 

  • Build strategic goals for team development and training needs.

  • Optimizes internal workflows to increase speed and efficiency. Prioritizes tasks to ensure increased productivity and project management.

  • Provide all the relevant updates consistently to various stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduation and above 

  •  2 to 3 Years of relevant professional experience (Amazon related experience is a preference)
