- The overall objective of the role:
- Navigate the e-commerce business legislative matters and regain the business through, category approvals, listings reinstate, infringement and copyright cases, appeals and other account risk management services.The main area of Expertise
- Listing reinstate, Category Approvals, Intellectual Property - infringement and copyrights, cease & desist cases, Patents to perform searches and render registrability opinions, corporate compliance
- excellent knowledge/understanding of Amazon policies, TOS and in dealing with Seller Performance matters
- Experience working with complex e-commerce litigation matters,Listing reinstate, Category Approvals, Intellectual Property - infringement and copyrights, cease & desist cases, Patents to perform searches and render registrability opinions, corporate compliance
- Effective analytical skills with the ability to review and organize numerous documents in complex legal matters.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills and a commitment to professionalism and collegiality.
- Ability to effectively and efficiently manage numerous cases and/or projects under time-sensitive deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, innovative and collaborative environment.
