  • Experience in Talent Hunting.
  • Short list candidates & call them for interview.
  • Notify selected candidates and ensuring their joining in-time
  • Pay Roll
  • Offer Letters, NDA
  • Update selected employee information(hired/unhired)
  • Update training material and give new hire orientation
  • Managers Meeting Agenda with team manager of every team
  • Updating Company Facebook page, updation of Happy hour post / images / videos
  • Email to directors regarding daily activities performed
  • Maintain employee record file, as any one joins us
  • All the sheets,Employee data 1 sheets,performance appraisal sheet and attendance sheet
  • Job posting on Rozee & indeed should be updated - Must
  • Termination SOP needs to be follow in case an empolyee exits
  • Prepare employee of the month
